Harmanjot Saturday Night Community Event

Welcome to »Into The Light«, a deeply enlightening weekend of KUNDALINI YOGA with the wonderful teacher Harmanjot from California, USA! After a memorable and rather spontaneous event in our Prana Station Studio in the spring of 2024 we’re delighted to present her again, this time for an entire Weekend.

The program is comprised of five different elements of meditation and practice and a special community gathering on Saturday night. Each of the three days can be booked separately. It is recommended to book the entire weekend, though, as the full immersion is best attained when attending the whole experience.

»Into the Light«:
A Pre-Solstice Healing Immersion

As we enter the dark time of the year, it is highly recommendable to focus on the light within. We will dive deeply into Kundalini Yoga kriyas, practices and meditations in order to nourish our inner ember, ignite our fire and expand our radiance so we can become a beacon of light. This weekend really is all about light, frequency and healing.

Communal gathering with Food, Conversation and Dance: Sat 17:30-21h
Following the afternoon session on Saturday, join Harmanjot and Prana Station as we gather as a community around the imaginary fire for dinner, dance & dharma. We will serve light Indian food and yogi tea, so we can share and connect with each other over dinner. Afterwards we will dance to a DJ set by Tom for our enjoyment and to celebrate the light rising.

About Harmanjot:
Harmanjot's journey with Kundalini yoga began in 2008 when she met her teacher Guru Jagat. She worked side by side with Guru Jagat until her passing in 2021 and was instrumental to opening the three RA MA Institutes (Los Angeles, New York City, Mallorca), and in developing the creative programming: a unique blend of sacred and secular. With Guru Jagat’s passing, Harmanjot’s destiny called her to continue the mission they had been working so closely on together.

Harmanjot has partnered with top brands to teach yoga and meditation. She is contracted with L’Oréal USA as an astrologer. For her client list, which includes Academy Award winners, executives, artists, tastemakers and individuals of all walks of life, she offers private yoga, meditation and various levels of astrology readings. She is a wife and a mother of two.
